Payment Terms

Intellectual Property
Deliverables (e.g., reports, strategies) are owned by Haylesia Consulting until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for internal business purposes.
Termination
Either party may terminate services per the terms of the service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment or violation of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
Haylesia Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
