Haylesia Consulting aims to deliver exceptional business consulting services. This Refund Policy outlines our refund conditions.

Consulting Services
- Refunds are subject to the terms of your service agreement.
- If services have not commenced, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment, subject to a 10% administrative fee.
- No refunds are available once services (e.g., consultations, deliverables) have been provided.
Retainer Fees
Retainer fees for ongoing advisory services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your agreement.
Cancellations
- You may cancel services per the terms of your agreement. Refunds for cancellations depend on work completed and are at our discretion.
- Written cancellation requests must be sent to info@haylesiaconsulting.com.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method, excluding any third-party fees.
Disputes
